Job summary

Our team seeks current and former civilian professionals from U.S. and allied government intelligence agencies to contribute their specialized expertise to a frontier AI lab project.

This remote contractor role targets individuals with firsthand experience in intelligence operations, analysis, policy, and senior leadership functions. You will apply knowledge of how intelligence agencies operate, decision-making, and national security priorities to help train and evaluate next-generation AI

Qualifications

• Direct civilian government intelligence agency experience.
• Experience across intelligence functions: operations, analysis, collection, mission support.
• Experience in technology, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
• Experience in program management, organizational operations, or administrative leadership.
• Experience in intelligence policy, strategic planning, governance, or interagency coordination.
• Senior management or executive leadership experience.
• Excellent written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated content and scenarios involving intelligence agencies, organizational structures, operational processes, technology, and national security decision-making.
• Assess accuracy, realism, and practical relevance of AI-generated responses.
• Provide structured feedback on how intelligence organizations operate, including responsibilities, workflows, coordination processes, and decision-making frameworks.
• Identify inaccuracies, gaps, or unrealistic assumptions and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to the development and review of realistic, unclassified scenarios reflecting challenges encountered by civilian intelligence professionals.
• Apply expertise to improve AI systems' understanding of intelligence agency functions and government operating environments.
• Communicate clear, evidence-based assessments and recommendations through written feedback.
