Zekai is seeking a Civilian Intelligence Agency Expert for a 100% remote contract role. The ideal candidate has direct experience in U.S.

or allied government intelligence agencies and will assess AI-generated content and scenarios from an insider perspective with emphasis on operations, analysis, and policy implications. Responsibilities include evaluating realism, providing structured feedback, and helping to train and test next-generation AI systems in national security contexts.

Qualifications

• Direct professional experience as a civilian employee within a U.S. or allied government intelligence agency.
• Experience in intelligence functions such as operations, analysis, collection, or mission support.
• Experience in technology, IT systems, cybersecurity, or digital transformation is preferred.
• Program management, organizational operations, or administrative leadership.
• Knowledge of governance, interagency coordination, and senior decision-making processes.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated content and scenarios based on firsthand civilian intelligence experience.
• Assess accuracy, realism, and relevance of outputs related to intelligence agencies.
• Provide structured feedback on operational workflows, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks.
• Identify inaccuracies or gaps and recommend improvements for realism and compliance.
• Develop realistic, unclassified scenarios reflecting civilian intelligence challenges.
• Contribute to improving AI system understanding of intelligence functions and environments.
• Communicate clear, evidence-based assessments and recommendations in written form.
