This role is open to candidates in MN, WI, IA, NE, KS or TX, with base compensation of $125,000 to $160,000. SEH is an employee-owned firm emphasizing growth, licensure support, and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience in design and construction of water/wastewater projects.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment systems and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater projects within SEH's Water/Wastewater team.
• Develop creative solutions to treatment and conveyance challenges with engineers and designers.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver project solutions.
• Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with experienced project managers.
