Job summary

SEH, a employee-owned engineering firm, seeks a Civil Wastewater Engineer / Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater team. You will support planning, design, and construction of municipal water and wastewater projects, collaborating with engineers, designers, and other professionals.

Open to candidates in MN, WI, IA, NE, KS or TX; base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $160,000, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience designing and constructing municipal, state, federal, or industrial water/wastewater projects.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater projects.
• Develop creative solutions to complex treatment and conveyance challenges.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver project solutions.
• Build and strengthen client relationships with experienced project managers.
