Responsibilities

• Evaluate structural damage from natural disasters (earthquakes, wind, hail, floods).
• Ensure proper documentation and safety during site inspections.
• Interview witnesses and key parties involved.
• Prepare findings and recommendations for insurance claims or litigation.
