The role offers growth opportunities and mentoring from experienced partners in a collaborative environment. Requirements include 3+ years of civil litigation, CA Bar admission, JD from an accredited school, and the flexibility for remote or hybrid work

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably handling matters involving general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes.
• Current admission to the California State Bar is required.
• Experience supervising law clerks and junior associates is a plus!
• Fully remote and hybrid options available depending on experience.
• Remote candidates must reside in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of litigation matters from inception to resolution, including legal strategy, research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and trial.
• Argue motions in court and attend mediations.
• Collaborate with clients, businesses, and organizations while being mentored by experienced partners.
