Qualifications

• Experience handling civil litigation matters, including catastrophic injury, general liability, habitability, product liability and professional liability.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation, from investigations to trial presentation.
• Assist in case evaluation, discovery, depositions and reporting, ensuring client objectives are met.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and contribute to strategic planning and favorable outcomes.
