Job summary

Wood Smith Henning & Berman LLP is seeking 1-7 year attorneys to join the Glendale office. Associates work closely with lead attorneys on civil litigation from investigation through trial, with emphasis on strategic client objectives.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will have experience handling civil litigation matters.
• Must be admitted to practice in California.
• Experience in automotive litigation, catastrophic injury, environmental/toxic tort, general liability, habitability, medical malpractice, and product liability is relevant.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral advocacy, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation, from investigations to trial presentation.
• Handle discovery and depositions, with emphasis on strategic thinking to meet client objectives.
