Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Fresno office. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of civil litigation experience and will provide legal advice, conduct research, and negotiate on behalf of clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience (personal injury is a plus).
• Strong research skills and proficiency in negotiation.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice, conduct research, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Draft legal documents, take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Work closely with senior attorneys while being given autonomy in case handling.
