Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Active California State Bar admission
• Experience in pleadings, discovery, motions, and depositions; client communication and court appearances
• Arbitration or trial experience preferred
• Experience supervising law clerks or junior associates is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of litigation matters across commercial, contract/business, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims
• Represent clients in civil litigation proceedings and advocate for favorable outcomes
• Prepare pleadings, handle discovery, draft motions and legal briefs
• Collaborate with team members and mentors to support professional growth
