Ducks Unlimited in Minnesota is seeking a Full-Time Engineer or Construction Manager to join our Garfield office or work remotely with preference for Southwest Minnesota. The role involves planning, design, and construction management of wetland restoration projects, with emphasis on collaboration among biologists and engineers.

Qualifications

• Must have a B.S in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent degree from an ABET accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years experience in civil engineering design and construction.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage wetland restoration and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate with biologists, engineers, landowners, and partners.
• Review plans, conduct site surveys, and prepare reports and cost estimates.
• Oversee field inspections, construction management, and adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Travel as required and possible occasional overnight stays.
