Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. is seeking an experienced civil defense paralegal in Henderson, NV to support attorneys in insurance defense and general liability matters.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits, with hybrid or remote options for the right candidate. The successful candidate will draft correspondence, manage subpoenas, organize files, track deadlines, and assist with trial preparation under attorney direction.

Competenze

• 3+ years paralegal assistant experience in civil defense.
• Experience supporting litigators in civil defense matters preferred.
• Nevada E-Filing experience required; federal filing a plus.

Mansioni

• Drafts and prepares correspondence, reports, pleadings, motions, and related documents.
• Prepares and handles tracking and disposition of subpoenas and requests for information.
• Ensures organization and management of files; monitors and escalates issues to attorneys.
• Maintains calendar for trial and discovery deadlines; coordinates trial settings and preparation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
