Job summary

Dynanet Corporation is seeking a CI/CD Team Lead / Technical Delivery Manager to own the enterprise CI/CD platform (CloudBees Jenkins) on AWS EKS, serving a federal program. Remote role with on-call responsibilities and leadership over the CI/CD engineering team.

Must have extensive DevOps, enterprise CI/CD, and delivery-management experience. The candidate will define baselines, enforce security gates, manage multi-controller Jenkins, and drive production-ready pipelines with performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of DevOps or platform engineering experience, including at least three (3) years operating enterprise CI/CD platforms.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a technical lead or delivery management capacity.
• Candidates must be able to provide a resume suitable for submission as designated Key Personnel.

Responsibilities

• Administer the CloudBees Jenkins operations center and all managed controller instances for enterprise scale.
• Manage Kubernetes autoscaling clusters for build agents to meet variable demand.
• Optimize pipeline performance and deliver automated build analytics to teams and leadership.
• Maintain integration with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Cloud for CI/CD workflows.
• Define and enforce standardized tech stack versions for onboarding to the enterprise CI/CD pipeline.
• Implement and enforce security gates before promotion (tests, static analysis, SBOM, etc.).
• Enforce branch protection, required status checks, and trunk-based development.
• Implement artifact governance and SBOM storage alongside builds.
• Enable zero-downtime and progressive delivery (flags, canary, blue/green).
• Instrument and report DORA metrics at platform and delivery-team levels.
• Lead and mentor the CI/CD engineering team and manage sprint commitments.
• Serve as SME to delivery teams on pipeline adoption and troubleshooting.
• Participate in 24x7x365 on-call rotation for production platform support.
• Support phased transition of CI/CD platform responsibilities from incumbent contractor.
