Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking licensed Child and Family Therapists to join our remote, multidisciplinary team. You’ll provide clinical services including ADHD and anxiety assessments with the potential to lead parenting groups such as Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT).

You’ll also have the opportunity to shape our care model and improve workflows that support high-quality, sustainable care. Spanish proficiency (with pay differential) is preferred, and we offer a remote-first culture

Qualifications

• Licensed LPCC/LMFT/LCSW in the relevant state(s)
• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience in integrated care settings
• Spanish proficiency preferred with pay differential

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including ADHD and anxiety assessments
• Potential to lead parenting groups (e.g., Parent Training in Behavior Management)
• Shape care model and improve workflows to support high-quality, sustainable care
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations including referrals to community providers
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care
