Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is hiring licensed mental health professionals to join a remote, multidisciplinary team delivering virtual pediatric behavioral health care. The full-time role supports families and providers with ADHD, anxiety assessments, and group therapies within a flexible schedule.

Candidates must hold a master’s in a relevant field and be licensed (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW). Spanish proficiency is a plus with a pay differential, and the team offers CME/CEU support and comprehensive benefits.

• Able to work from a private, secure location with strong internet; available 2 hours weekly (peak times).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including ADHD and anxiety assessments and leading parenting groups (e.g., BPT and SPACE).
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations and referrals when appropriate.
• Lead group therapy sessions for caregivers of children with ADHD, anxiety, or ASD.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrated care.
