Job summary

Emora Health is hiring a Mental Health Therapist for remote work with flexible hours. You’ll provide telehealth therapy to youth and families, conduct intakes, and plan ongoing care, while using AI tools to streamline documentation. The role offers autonomy, a strong supervision framework, and no billing burdens.

Ideal candidates have a Texas associate license (LMFT/LCSW-A/LPC-A), 500 supervision hours, and experience with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active associate license in Texas (LMFT, LCSW-A, or LPC-A).
• At least 500 supervision hours accumulated.
• Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth.
• Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions.
• Enjoys autonomy and working in a supportive virtual environment.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families.
• Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning.
• Collaborate with our Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases.
• Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools.
• Customize your clinical preferences so we can match you with clients aligned to your expertise.
• Manage your caseload so you’re seeing as many clients as you want with a cadence that makes sense for your client.
