Lead and oversee end-to-end healthcare billing operations

Develop and implement process improvements that drive productivity and cost savings

Set and track KPIs, SLAs, and operational benchmarks to maintain high performance

Partner with executive leadership to define and execute long-term strategic goals

Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 employees, providing guidance and accountability

Set clear performance expectations and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Oversee offshore teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational excellence

Champion customer satisfaction and client retention through streamlined processes

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize the revenue cycle

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer regulations, and industry best practices
