Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Public Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, HR, or Organizational Development.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, coordination, and execution of the People & Organization roadmap.
• Provides strategic counsel and decision support on workforce, effectiveness, and culture initiatives.
• Oversees enterprise projects, change initiatives, governance, risks, and execution of priorities.
• Develops executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and Board materials for leadership and Directors.
• Partners with leaders to drive alignment, resolve barriers, and strengthen collaboration.
