The role leads the People & Organization roadmap, governs enterprise programs, and prepares executive materials for senior leadership and the Board.

The candidate will drive change, optimize processes, and enhance workforce effectiveness in a remote, Eastern Time Zone environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in related disciplines.
• PMI/SHRM certifications preferred (PMP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
• 10+ years leading HR, strategy, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on large-scale programs.
• Experience in nonprofit or healthcare sectors is a plus.

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of the People & Organization roadmap.
• Advise the Chief People Officer with executive-level analysis and decisions.
• Oversee enterprise-wide projects and governance for strategic priorities.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and Board materials.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement.
• Improve organizational effectiveness through change and process optimization.
