• Ability to evaluate content against rubrics and identify issues.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check items and provide feedback.
• Scientific review of explanations, calculations, and reasoning.
• Communicate guidelines and updates to trainers and QAs on Discord.
• Respond to questions on chemical reasoning, units, and safety.
• Activate inactive contributors and track follow-ups.
• Create and maintain chemistry project documentation and onboarding materials.
• Lead onboarding calls and ensure consistency with chemistry guidelines.
• Ensure alignment as projects evolve and updates are implemented.
• Flag unsafe or misleading recommendations affecting safety.
• Identify recurring gaps and help build scalable QA processes.
