Qualifications

• Strong chemistry background and ability to evaluate scientific content.
• Clear English writing essential for feedback and collaboration.
• Degree or equivalent in chemistry or related field.
• Experience in chemistry research, lab work, teaching, or quality control.
• Knowledge of stoichiometry, spectroscopy, kinetics, equilibrium and mechanisms.
• Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, rubric-based evaluation or scientific QA.
• Organized, detail-oriented; comfortable with remote tools and docs.
• Fluent English for written feedback and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Review chemistry responses against detailed rubrics and guidelines.
• Identify errors such as incorrect stoichiometry, missing units, flawed assumptions, hallucinations, or unsafe recommendations.
• Provide precise written feedback to contributors and document common failure modes.
• Maintain and update project materials: style guides, FAQ, examples, honeypots, calibration tasks, trackers.
• Communicate quality updates and workflow changes in remote channels and assist onboarding.
• Flag recurring quality gaps and suggest rubric or process improvements.
