Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate content against rubrics and spot issues such as incorrect calculations or unsafe recommendations.
• Familiarity with common chemical engineering tools/workflows is preferred.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check items and provide ongoing feedback.
• Technical review: evaluate explanations, calculations, balances, and process reasoning for correctness.
• Trainer and QA communication: update teams on guidelines and rubrics.
• Question handling: respond clearly to technical questions.
• Activation management: encourage engagement of inactive contributors.
• Documentation: maintain style guides, trackers, and onboarding materials.
• Onboarding and training: run sessions to explain expectations and rubrics.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent application of guidelines.
• Risk and safety review: flag unsafe or misleading recommendations.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and propose QA workflow enhancements.
