Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in chemicals, environmental, product stewardship, regulatory compliance, battery lifecycle, or related field.
• 5+ years engaging government agencies, trade associations, regulatory processes, or automotive/manufacturing supply chains.
• 5+ years Microsoft 365 data analysis, presentation, and document-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze federal and state laws, regulations, and reporting requirements related to chemicals, PFAS, refrigerants, plastics, batteries, and recycling.
• Coordinate preparation, review, and submission of regulatory reports and registrations.
• Serve as liaison with federal/state agencies (e.g., EPA) and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain compliant processes, calendars, controls, and record-retention practices.
• Support audits and regulatory responses with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate across departments to align regulatory requirements with product, supply chain, and planning activities.
