Qualifikationen

• BS in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 5+ years in chemicals, environmental, or regulatory compliance fields.
• Experience engaging government agencies and regulatory processes preferred.
• 5+ years Microsoft 365 data analysis, presentation, and document management skills.

• Monitor and analyze federal and state laws, regulations, and reporting requirements related to chemicals, PFAS, batteries, recycling, and producer-responsibility programs.
• Coordinate preparation, review, and timely submission of regulatory reports, registrations, and notices.
• Lead cross-functional implementation and supply-chain coordination across departments and suppliers.
• Engage with industry groups, develop positions, and support regulatory responses.
• Maintain governance, recordkeeping, and compliance processes; support audits and inquiries.
