Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering with 6+ years experience and proficiency in Aspen Plus or CHEMCAD, plus data tools like Excel, Python, and R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years in process engineering focused on optimization.
• Proficient with Aspen Plus or CHEMCAD and data tools (Excel/Python/R).
• Strong understanding of reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and separations.
• Self-driven with ability to work remotely in a distributed team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop strategies to improve yields, reduce energy use, and minimize waste.
• Model processes with simulation software and test optimization scenarios.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to implement improvements.
• Document strategies, results, and training materials as needed.
