Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking an experienced chemical engineer to join a select, remote contractor group. You will review AI-generated content, answer technical questions, and provide insights that improve AI systems used in chemical engineering applications.

This is a flexible, part-time engagement with around 10 hours per week. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical Engineering, a US PE license, 2+ years of practice, familiarity with PSM/API, and proficiency with Aspen Plus,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Active US PE license.
• 2+ years of chemical engineering experience across multiple areas.
• Familiar with OSHA PSM, API, and other engineering guidelines.
• Experience with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB).
• Proficient in documenting SOPs and technical reports.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated content for chemical engineering concepts.
• Answer technical questions and provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to improving the accuracy and reliability of AI systems.
