Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Technical Expert (LL6) to lead global suspension system reliability and verification methods. You will drive reliability demonstrations, set high-quality targets, and coordinate with global teams to ensure robust design verification from vehicle-level to component-level testing.

You will collaborate with CAE, D&R, and engineering teams to connect physical tests with design inputs, and you will mentor suspension engineers across regions while travel to global centers is

Qualifications

• BS-Engineering required.
• MS-Engineering preferred.
• 10 years of experience in chassis systems and architecture development.
• Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA/Control Plans and drawings-GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead suspension system reliability demonstration.
• Ensure best in world quality from initial vehicle quality through high time in service.
• Align reliability targets across end items from vehicle to system to component.
