Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• MS in Engineering preferred.
• Strong experience in chassis systems and durability testing.
• Proficient in DFMEA/PFMEA/Control Plans and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead suspension system reliability and verification methods.
• Develop and execute tests to show target reliability.
• Coordinate with design and release, and Ford Pro teams.
• Mentor engineers across global regions.
• Sign off on System/Subsystem/Component with senior signoff.
