Qualifications

• 3 years hospital chargemaster experience including use of CDM Maintenance software.
• 2 years experience working with EMR related to Chargemaster, preferably EPIC.
• 3 years hospital charging practices experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Chargemaster is consistent with coding and billing regulations.
• Train Hospital ministry staff regarding CDM Maintenance process.
• Coordinate daily CDM maintenance workflow between PSJH System and Ministries.

Skills

Chargemaster experience

Knowledge of coding principles (CPT, HCPCS, ICD10)

Experience with CDM Maintenance software

Experience with inpatient and outpatient billing

Operational performance improvement

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Sciences, Finance, Accounting or related field

Tools

EMR systems (preferably EPIC)
