Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic or Cerner Charge Capture Analyst to support hospitals in a remote US-only role.

You will serve as the subject-matter expert in charge-capture workflows, system builds, and revenue-integrity processes, collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure compliant, efficient claims. The ideal candidate has hands-on Epic or Cerner experience, strong communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to train teams across multiple

Qualifications

3–5 years experience with Epic or Cerner focusing on charge capture workflows.
Experience with order sets and/or preference cards in Epic or Cerner.
Knowledge of CDM structure and maintenance.
Strong understanding of hospital billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding and revenue integrity.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to train diverse audiences.
Ability to work remotely and on-site as needed.
Experience with revenue cycle compliance and charge capture audits.

Responsibilities

Document and maintain current charge capture workflows across departments.
Direct order set and preference card builds within Epic or Cerner.
Develop and deliver staff education on charge capture changes.
Collaborate with Revenue Integrity and coding teams on CDM changes.
Partner with clinical, billing, coding and IT teams to close charge capture gaps.
Ensure compliance with hospital, regulatory and payer requirements.
