Arrow Electronics in the United States is seeking a Channel Sales Manager for CloudHealth to drive growth through MSPs and CSPs across North America. You will recruit, mentor, and lead a field sales team, collaborating with marketing, product, and technical teams to achieve revenue targets.

Ideal candidates have enterprise software/SaaS channel leadership experience and hands-on deal execution, with Salesforce proficiency and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven Enterprise software / SaaS / Cloud channel sales leader with quota attainment.
• Experience leading teams focused on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud partner ecosystems.
• Hands-on deals leadership mindset; leads by example and inspires others.
• Experience directly managing a team of sales reps; strong coaching skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and ability to work effectively in the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing sales team; foster a winning culture.
• Motivate direct reports through coaching, hands-on support, and feedback.
• Lead opportunities using MEDDPICC to navigate complex deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and partners.

• Refine sales processes to shorten cycles and scale the team.
