Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, supply chain, life sciences, public health, communications, or a related field required.
• 4+ years of experience in customer solutions, customer operations, or related field required.
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders, service request management, operational reporting, or workflow optimization preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office, or related systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests, case updates, and issue resolution to support customers, providers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support site-related workflows by reviewing information, identifying data gaps, and coordinating with teams.
• Partner with sites and stakeholders to address unique site needs and non-standard documentation.
• Serve as escalation point for site-related and operational issues.
• Provide education and support to customers on ordering processes and account requirements.
• Resolve routine to moderately complex service and order issues using established procedures.
