Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a CGA Team Lead to supervise daily complaint, grievances and appeals operations. You will guide the CGA staff, ensure compliance with state and federal rules, and drive departmental goals.

The role may lead process improvements and partner across the organization. You will report to the Associate Manager, CGA & MPCT, and the position is remote for residents in AZ, FL, GA, or TX, with occasional travel for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience directly related to this role.
• 2+ years experience with Commercial Insurance, Medicare/Medicaid and/or ACA rules relating to Grievance & Appeals.
• 1+ years experience with navigating Google Docs and Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CGA production operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance to CGA staff and lead them to meet performance expectations.
• Monitor team metrics, dashboards, and error reports for productivity and accuracy.
• Coach, give feedback, and recognize direct reports; support corrective actions when needed.
• Lead process improvements and coordinate cross-functional partnerships.
