Oscar Health is hiring a CGA Team Lead to supervise the daily CGA production operations. You will guide the CGA staff to meet performance expectations and ensure cases are resolved per regulatory requirements and Oscar policies.

You will report to the Associate Manager, CGA & MPCT, and may lead cross-functional projects to improve processes and member experience while working remotely from eligible states.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience directly related to this role.
• 2+ years experience with Commercial Insurance, Medicare/Medicaid and/or ACA rules and regulations relating to the Grievance & Appeals processes.
• 1+ years experience with or relevant knowledge of navigating Google Docs and Sheets.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day CGA production operations and coach staff.
• Ensure cases comply with federal/state regulations and Oscar policies.
• Monitor team performance to meet internal/external SLAs and TATs.
• Provide coaching, feedback and recognition to direct reports.
• Collaborate across units to improve CGA processes and member experience.
• Oversee inventory and ensure fair distribution of work.
