Facet is seeking a Sr. Financial Planner to serve as a financial life coach, guiding members to reach their goals through sound advice and the power of Facet's technology.

You will build relationships remotely, conduct 4-5 virtual meetings daily, and present unbiased recommendations on investments, insurance, and estate planning, aligning with members' goals. Requirements include CFP designation, 3+ years of client-facing financial planning experience, excellent communication, and flexible hours

Qualifications

• CFP designation required.
• 3+ years of member-facing financial planning experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with members.
• Flexible hours to accommodate evening meetings.
• Proficient with in-house software and tools.
• Outstanding calendar and time management.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with members remotely with a high-quality experience.
• Deliver 4-5 virtual member meetings per day to help them achieve their goals as a financial life coach.
• Drive members to act on unbiased recommendations across investments, insurance, and estate planning.
• Respond to member inquiries and requests promptly.
• Learn and implement new skills, processes, and technology.
• Collaborate with team to manage portfolios, withdrawals, and tax strategies as needed.
