Job summary

Facet is seeking a senior CFP® leader to guide a high‑performing team of financial planners while staying connected to members and piloting new ideas. You will direct a dedicated pod, serve as the internal authority on a planning domain, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Compliance to align tools and client messaging with planning realities.

You’ll also maintain a small member practice of 25–35 households to test initiatives and model best practices, with a competitive base salary

Qualifications

• CFP designation required.
• 10+ years of comprehensive financial planning experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Ability to translate complex planning concepts into scalable frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a diplomatic approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of CFP® professionals, coaching on technical mastery and client relationships.
• Serve as internal lead on a planning domain, creating scalable frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance to align tools with planning realities.
• Manage a small book of 25–35 client relationships to pilot new initiatives.
