Role Responsibilities
Review realistic financial planning scenarios covering budgeting, emergency funds, debt payoff, retirement planning, and related client discussions.
Evaluate AI‑generated financial advice for suitability, clarity, and practicality for mainstream and mass‑affluent households.
Describe advisory conversation frameworks, including question strategies, goal prioritization, and trade‑off discussions (e.g., mortgage payments vs. retirement contributions).
Provide actionable financial planning rules of thumb such as savings benchmarks, emergency fund targets, and debt repayment strategies.
Deliver clear written feedback to improve AI explanations, recommendations, and client communication style.
Identify compliance considerations and advise when issues should be escalated to specialists such as CPAs, attorneys, or insurance professionals.
Requirements
Several years of client‑facing experience as a Financial Planner, Personal Financial Advisor, or similar advisory role.
Strong expertise in financial planning areas including budgeting, cash‑flow planning, debt management, retirement planning, education savings, and risk management.
CFP® certification preferred, or CFP exam passed with relevant professional experience (ChFC or comparable credentials also considered).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial trade‑offs clearly to non‑experts.
