We exist to serve the 99%, many of whom have never had a financial planner in their corner. To reach them, we invented workplace financial wellness, coined the term, and turned unbiased financial coaching into a mainstream employee benefit at no cost to employees. Today we reach millions of employees worldwide with no product sales and no commissions, just unbiased guidance that reduces financial stress and builds lasting security.
We’ve been named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list three years running and to Fast Company’s 2025 Best Workplaces for Innovators.
