Facet Wealth is redefining financial planning by removing asset minimums and offering objective, flat-fee guidance through CFP® professionals and a tech-enabled platform. The role focuses on remote member meetings and building lasting relationships without traditional sales pressure.

You will leverage in-house tools to deliver holistic plans and support for members across their financial picture.

Qualifications

• CFP designation is required.
• At least 1 year of member-facing financial planning experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to learn and use in-house software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 4–6 virtual member meetings per day.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with members in a remote setting.
• Coordinate with Trading and Investment Operations to tailor financial plans.
• Leverage our AI-enabled tech stack to create comprehensive plans.
• Guide Foundations members through plan implementation and action.
