Facet Wealth, founded to deliver objective, personalized financial advice, seeks a Senior Financial Planner to guide members in a technology-supported, flat-fee model. You will build relationships remotely, provide holistic planning beyond investments, and collaborate with operations to enhance planning tools and member outcomes.

You will conduct multiple virtual meetings daily, focusing on actionable recommendations, and manage a demanding schedule while maintaining high client service

Qualifications

CFP designation is required.
3+ years of member-facing financial planning experience.
Exceptional written communication and typing skills.
Exceptional time and calendar management skills.
Flexibility to accommodate member meetings 2 nights per week.

Responsibilities

Conduct 4–6 virtual member meetings per day to motivate action.
Build trust and credibility in a remote setting with high-quality experiences.
Integrate investments within a holistic life plan alongside other solutions.
Partner with Trading and Investment Ops teams to manage portfolios and tax strategies.
Organize and manage your calendar to provide a smooth member experience.
