Confidential, a high-growth wealth-tech company, is seeking a remote US-based advisor who will focus on client engagement and strategic guidance rather than prospecting.

You will operate in a subscription-style framework, use AI tools, host 4–6 consultations daily, and work with back-office specialists to deliver tailored debt, retirement, tax-efficient distributions, and asset allocation plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-advising capacity focused on comprehensive financial plans.
• High digital fluency and enthusiasm for incorporating AI tools and digital platforms into daily advisory workflows.
• Strong written articulation and fast typing for live consultation logging.
• Excellent calendar discipline and structured task prioritization.
• Willing to host late-afternoon or evening sessions twice weekly.
• Based in the United States (Mountain or Pacific time zones favored).

Responsibilities

• Lead 4–6 remote client consultations daily with step-by-step strategic recommendations.
• Establish rapid rapport with clients via video conference and maintain ongoing engagement.
• Develop strategies covering debt optimization, retirement timing, tax-efficient distributions, and asset allocation.
• Coordinate with centralized portfolio execution to implement plans and provide software feedback.
• Maintain a high-volume calendar and meticulous documentation.
