Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced CFD Engineer on a remote contract basis to tackle advanced CFD simulations, aerodynamics, and heat transfer challenges. You will set up meshes, configure solvers, and verify results across projects, delivering clear technical analyses.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on CFD experience, strong knowledge of Navier-Stokes and turbulence modeling, and proficiency with ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, or COMSOL. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on CFD experience.
• Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, aerodynamics, Navier-Stokes equations, and turbulence modeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate CFD simulations involving fluid flow, aerodynamics, heat transfer, and turbulence.
• Work on mesh generation, solver setup, boundary conditions, and convergence analysis.
• Analyze and troubleshoot CFD simulation results.
• Apply verification and validation best practices.
• Review technical solutions for accuracy and engineering quality.
• Clearly document technical findings and provide engineering feedback.
