Qualifications

• Active Appraiser license or certification as required by state's regulatory agency.
• Ability to work within varying client-driven deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conducts unbiased assessments of properties and prepares value estimates per guidelines.
• Documents on-site assessments with photos, measurements, and data.
• Generates fee quotes and presents final evaluations to stakeholders.
• Meets department turn-time expectations and escalates when needed.
