Job summary

Banks Valuation is seeking Certified Residential Appraisers for remote work across multiple markets, including Scranton and Philadelphia. You’ll start as a 1099 contractor with per-report pay for 90 days, then transition to salaried W-2 status for high-volume markets with bonuses and health benefits.

Responsibilities include completing credible valuations, efficient workflow management, staying compliant, and clear client communication, using our valuation tools to deliver accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential Appraiser License (Required)
