Banks Valuation is hiring Certified Appraisers to complete residential property valuations remotely across Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Allentown, Harrisburg, Scranton, Lancaster, York, Reading, Bethlehem and Erie. The role starts as a 1099 independent contractor with competitive per-report pay for the first 90 days.

After 90 days, top performers may transition to a salaried W-2 staff position with performance-based bonuses and health benefits.

• Certified Residential Appraiser License is required.
