Responsibilities

• Enter and update patient data into the ScriptMed system.
• Provide a positive onboarding experience for new patients.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team members to meet operational goals.
• Support timely, accurate dispensing and delivery of medications.
• Assist patients with financial assistance programs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality adhering to HIPAA.
