Qualifications

• Personal lived experience of mental health recovery, substance use recovery, or co-occurring disorder recovery.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and pre-employment screenings.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and commitment to recovery-oriented values.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual peer support to consumers using a strengths-based approach.
• Assist individuals in identifying personal recovery goals and developing wellness plans.
• Support consumers in navigating community systems including mental health services.
