Jobrapido is seeking a Certified Medical Coder with strong outpatient and Emergency Department coding experience for a 100% remote, 8-week contract. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in outpatient coding, ED coding, and proficiency with 3M and HDS coding tools.

This role requires ICD-10/ICD-9-CM and CPT-4 knowledge, strong payer guidelines understanding, and excellent troubleshooting abilities. The position offers a 35-hour work week, a fixed pay rate of $35 per hour on W2, and a weekend day as

• 3–5 years of outpatient coding experience required.
• Experience coding in ED/outpatient settings.
• Proficiency with 3M and HDS coding tools.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, ICD-9-CM, and CPT-4.
• Strong payer and federal billing guidelines knowledge.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency and HS diploma required.
