Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Full-Time Remote Certified Medical Assistant to support Telehealth Services, delivering high-quality virtual care with a collaborative healthcare team across Sentara's network.

Candidates must hold CMA certification and EMT-Basic, plus BLS within 90 days of hire. HS diploma required. Base pay is hourly with up to $5,000 sign-on, plus comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities within a large multi-state system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current, valid CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, NRCMA, CMAC or EMT-Basic certification.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to support telehealth patient care and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care and related tasks under supervision.
• Complete administrative/clerical duties as directed by clinicians.
• Support Telehealth services delivery.
• Maintain certification and training requirements.
