Job summary

Twilio is seeking a CEO Communications Director to shape and manage the CEO's external communications, elevating his voice across global stages and digital channels. You will lead messaging, thought leadership, and media relations in close partnership with Corporate Communications and other teams.

This remote-first role collaborates with a global team and may require up to 20% travel for in-person engagements and company meetings.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or public relations, ideally within a high-growth or enterprise technology environment.
Proven track record of directly supporting and advising C-suite leaders in fast-moving environments.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to capture a leader's authentic voice.
Hands-on media relations experience with pitching and placing stories in top-tier outlets.

Responsibilities

Develop high-impact executive messaging for the CEO across milestones and announcements.
Lead a thought leadership program with ghostwriting and bylines.
Drive media outreach to secure high-profile placements and opportunities.
Own and grow the CEO's LinkedIn presence and digital footprint.
Collaborate with product marketing, investor relations, legal, and brand teams.
